Richard Anggoro

Richard Anggoro is an accomplished legal and public policy professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving in the COO Office at Sea since September 2021 and as the Public Policy and Government Relations Manager at Shopee since May 2020, Richard has demonstrated expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Attorney at IBM from July 2019 to May 2020 and various legal roles at Medco E&P Indonesia from May 2009 to July 2019, including Specialist Legal E&P, Legal Operation Specialist, and Legal Commercial Specialist. Richard holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Oil and Gas Enterprise Management from the University of Aberdeen (2013-2014) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Indonesia (2004-2009).
