Van Anh Do is a strategic and creative leader with over 10 years of experience in operations transformation and strategic procurement. They began their career as a Business Analyst at ANZ Vietnam, subsequently grew as a Project Manager at Home Credit Vietnam, and held leadership roles at Shopee and MoMo, where they focused on customer experience and business transformation initiatives. Currently, Van Anh serves as the Head of Procurement and Operations Transformation at Shopee, continuing to drive innovative operational practices. They hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of Sydney.
