Allie Speers has extensive experience in technical recruitment, currently serving as Lead Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiting Manager at Shopify since April 2017, where responsibilities include leading teams of recruiters and hiring for engineering roles across North America and Europe. Previous roles at Shopify include Senior Technical Recruiter and Talent Partner, where Allie focused on hiring engineering leadership and fostering an inclusive culture. Prior experience includes administrative support at CanWorx Ind. Ltd., guest relations management at Miijidaa Cafe + Bistro, and community support roles for individuals with developmental disabilities.
