Jennifer H.

Jennifer H. is an accomplished user experience leader with extensive experience in managing and guiding UX teams across various industries. Currently serving as a Sr UX Manager at Shopify since September 2019, Jennifer has established and scaled multiple UX teams dedicated to enhancing the merchant's back office experience. Prior to Shopify, Jennifer held several key positions at Getty Images from July 2011 to September 2019, culminating in the role of Sr Director / Head of Design, where responsibilities included overseeing the user experience for all digital products. Earlier career achievements include significant contributions to iStock and Shaw Communications, where Jennifer designed user-centered solutions across multiple platforms and led impactful design initiatives. Jennifer holds a Diploma in New Media Production & Design from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).
