Malia Dupuis

Malia Dupuis, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Operations in the Office of the General Counsel at Shopify, overseeing operations for Legal, Trust & Safety, Communications, and Talent since July 2019. Previously, Malia held multiple senior roles at Shopify, including Director of Program Management for both Support Operations and the Office of the COO, as well as Program Manager positions. From October 2018 to August 2019, Malia provided consulting services through Malia Dupuis Consulting, enhancing operational efficiency for small businesses. Malia’s earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Project Management at Brightworks, where oversight of a team of project managers delivered over 500 projects annually, and as Sr. Director of Digital Operations at TC Media. Malia has also held leadership positions at Transcontinental Interactive and Thindata, focusing on production, service delivery, and project management. Malia earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in New Media from Ryerson University and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
