Sarah Speight

Sarah Speight is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and capital markets. Speight served as a Legal Intern at Nice-Pak Products, Inc. and subsequently held various roles at Shopify, including Advisor and Director, Associate General Counsel, Investigations. Following a position as Packaging Strategic Sourcing Co-Op and Chemicals Strategic Sourcing Associate at Johnson & Johnson, Speight worked as a Capital Markets Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, contributing to notable transactions such as Squarespace's direct listing and Vroom's initial public offerings. Currently, Speight is a Summer Associate at Shopify and will assume the role of Chief of Staff in the Office of the General Counsel starting in January 2025.
