Scott Royston

Scott Royston is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and executive roles. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Shopify since June 2022, Scott also founded and leads Conceptual Clarity LLC as CEO, working on launching the Eureka software application. Previous positions include CTO at TRUINJECT, Partner at RGM Advisors, LLC, and Tech Lead at Google’s Austin Office. As Chief Architect at Zilliant Inc., Scott was instrumental in achieving a 1,000% revenue increase and over 90% win ratio. Scott's career began at Trilogy, where roles included Product Specialist and Development Manager. An alumnus of Rice University, Scott obtained a degree in 1995.
