William Clack is a seasoned professional in solution architecture and pre-sales management, currently serving as the Manager of Solution Architecture for EMEA at Shopify since October 2025. Prior to this role, William was the Manager for EMEA Pre-Sales at Yotpo from September 2019 to October 2025, where responsibilities included leading the Sales Engineering team and enhancing team performance.
