Maya Komerov has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. In 2003, they worked as a Planning Team Leader at Pelephone until 2006. Following this, Maya became the CEO of Blat-lapidot, a Salesforce.com Platinum partner, where they led the company for 8 years and oversaw its acquisition. In 2017, they founded and served as the CEO of Cinch Technologies NYC, a company focused on stimulating local economies. Maya then went on to establish Maya Komerov Consulting in 2015, where they worked as the Founder & CEO. In their most recent role, Maya founded and became CEO at shopIN, a technology company empowering retailers to create and manage open commerce strategies. Maya is also involved as an Angel Investor in a private company since 2021. Throughout their career, Maya has worked with a varied clientele in sectors including technology, commerce, and banking.

Maya Komerov pursued their education at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. From 1999 to 2003, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Management Engineering. Later, between 2004 and 2006, Maya completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution.
