Vishal Makhijani

Vishal Makhijani is currently an advisor at ShopInSync. Vishal has also served as the CEO of Udacity, a board member of Copper, an advisor and investor of Pepperdata, and the Chief Operating Officer and SVP Zynga Network Products at Zynga.

Makhijani has been instrumental in the success of Udacity, a cutting-edge online education provider. Vishal joined the company as COO in early 2013 when it had no revenues and no consumer traction. In the next 5 years, they introduced OVER 30 Nanodegree programs, scaled bookings to a $100 million run rate, and launched operations in 5 major international markets.

Makhijani has also been successful in their roles at Copper, Pepperdata, and Zynga. At Copper, they helped the company grow and scale its business. At Pepperdata, they were an advisor and investor, helping the company to become a leading player in the data management industry. And at Zynga, they led the company’s product development efforts as the Chief Operating Officer and SVP Zynga Network Products.
