Ivy Ho

Ivy Ho currently serves as the Head of HR at SHOPLINE, having assumed the role in April 2024. Previously, Ivy held the position of Head of People, Ops & Talent at Numerade, an education technology startup, from February 2023 to April 2024. Ivy's experience includes serving as Sr. Manager of HR Ops at Okcoin, People Ops & Program Manager at Kateeva, and People Ops Lead - North America at Tencent America, where noteworthy growth occurred from 100 to 450 employees. Ivy began the HR career at Suning International USA as the second employee, where foundational HR policies were established. Ivy also worked as an HR Generalist at NextLabs, Inc. Ivy holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Campbell University, in addition to an Associate's degree in Mass Communication from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman.
