Min Chih Chang has a diverse range of work experience in various marketing and product management roles. Min Chih started their career as a Product Manager at Accessorize Taiwan, where they managed a team responsible for inventory distribution and oversaw multiple retail stores. Min Chih then worked as a Product Manager at Payeasy Digital Integration Co., Ltd, where they managed website and partner management for numerous companies and developed brand positioning strategies. Min Chih also worked as a Community Manager at 家庭產品 and as a Web Marketer at Pencil.co.ltd. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Marketing Director at SHOPLINE, where they are responsible for overseeing marketing efforts on a global scale.
Min Chih Chang graduated from WASEDA Business School in 2015 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, focusing on Strategic Marketing. Prior to that, they attended National Taiwan University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business. In September 2014, Min Chih Chang obtained the JLPT N1 certification.
