Brittany Heng has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Brittany started their career as a Behavioral Therapist at the Center for Learning and Autism Support Services, Inc. (CLASS) in April 2018, where they worked until June 2019. Brittany then joined Happy Bunnies as a Teaching Assistant from August 2019 to June 2020. In July 2020, they transitioned to a Data Collector role at INRIX, where they worked until June 2021. Currently, Brittany is employed at Shopmonkey since June 2021, serving as a Product Designer.
Brittany Heng completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Jose State University between 2014 and 2018. In 2020 to 2021, they attended Thinkful and obtained a certificate in UX/UI Design. Additionally, Brittany obtained a Product Analytics Certification from Pendo.io in March 2023.
