Tetiana Ostrovska

Tetiana Ostrovska has a diverse work experience with roles in various companies. Tetiana is currently working at Shopmonkey as an HR operations Lead since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Admixer Ukraine as the Head of People & Office Care (HR Director) from January 2019 to November 2021, where they were responsible for strategic planning of personnel, corporate culture, and managing policies and procedures. Before that, they served as an HR Manager at Admixer Ukraine from October 2017 to January 2019. Tetiana also worked as an HR Generalist at Kimberly-Clark in 2017 and as an HR Specialist at MetLife from 2013 to 2017. Tetiana began their career as a Financial Manager at "BUDTELINVEST" LLC from August 2011 to January 2014 and as a Junior Specialist in work with entities and Assistant Head of Department of currency control and regulation at PJSC "Agrocombank" from October 2010 to June 2011. Tetiana also worked as a Credit Expert at "Commercial Bank "Delta" LLC in 2008.

Tetiana Ostrovska has a Master's degree in HR and Organizational development from UCU Business School (LvBS) and Ukrainian Catholic University. Tetiana also holds a Master's degree in Banking Management from Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University. Additionally, they attended a Business Administration course at The Open University in Jerusalem, Israel.
