Randall Rainosek

Randall Rainosek currently serves as the Head of Finance at ShopMy, a Series-B marketing technology company focused on the creator economy, since March 2025. Prior to this role, Randall held multiple positions at Found, including Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer, overseeing finance functions for a Series B Telehealth company from March 2022 to March 2025. Randall's extensive experience also includes serving as Vice President of Finance at WP Engine and Vice President of Finance & Business Operations at Bumble, where responsibilities ranged from FP&A leadership to global financial operations. Earlier in the career, Randall worked as an Investment Analyst at Sowega Capital and Aravt Global LLC, after earning an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
