Erik Johnson

Erik Johnson has extensive experience in the construction and development industry. Erik currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Construction at Shopoff Realty Investments. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Development at Lovett Industrial from February 2022 to August 2023.

Before joining Lovett Industrial, Erik was the Owner of FH Group, LLC from May 2016 to February 2022. Erik also held the position of President at Streamline Development, Inc. from January 2013 to February 2022. Additionally, Erik worked as a Senior Project Manager at PCL Construction from March 2019 to November 2020.

Earlier in their career, Erik served as a Senior Project Manager at Millie and Severson, General Contractors from May 2015 to March 2019. Erik also worked as a Project Manager at W.E. O'Neil Construction from February 2009 to February 2013 and at Bernards from June 2005 to February 2009.

Erik's early experience includes working as a Program Manager at C&D Aerospace from April 1995 to October 2001. Erik is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in various roles within the construction and development industry.

Erik Johnson attended California State University, Long Beach from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering Management.
