William R. Smith, AIA, serves as the Senior Vice President of Design & Construction at Shopoff Realty Investments since 2020, overseeing the design and construction of the DREAM Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Previously, William held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Construction at Las Vegas Sands Corp., managing multi-billion dollar projects across luxury hospitality and entertainment. As Executive Vice President of Design + Construction at AECOM, William managed ground-up developments valued at $4 billion. William's extensive experience includes serving as Managing Director at Bainbridge Development Consulting, President & COO at MGM MIRAGE Design Group, and President of Smith Advisory Group, with early career achievements at Liberty Property Trust. William earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Temple University.
