Joe McNames has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joe began their career in 2005 as a Territory Manager at Northwest Forklift, where they excelled in acquiring accounts and increasing market share. In 2008, they joined Pacific Material Handling Solutions, Inc. as a Major Account Manager, leading business development and winning contracts with prominent clients such as REI and Coca-Cola. Following the acquisition of Pacific Material Handling Solutions by Papé Group in 2011, Joe became the Sales Manager for Western Washington/Alaska, overseeing a team and achieving significant sales growth. Joe played a pivotal role in unifying the sales vision of the organization, establishing a state-of-the-art Warehouse Design Center, and increasing customer engagement.
