Kelly Bean

Kelly Bean is an experienced higher education executive and advisory leader specializing in Learning and Development, Executive Coaching, and Curriculum Development. They have held significant roles, including Associate Dean and Assistant Dean at UCLA Anderson School of Management, and Executive Director at Emory University. Currently, Kelly serves as an Executive in Residence at the University of Miami Herbert Business School and as Principal at Heron Strategy Partners, where they focus on growth for individuals and organizations across various sectors. Kelly also contributes as a Board Advisor at ShopSight and collaborates with multiple organizations, including HU-X and ReadySkill. They hold a Master’s degree in Business and Human Resources from the University of South Carolina.
