Reiko (Imai) Aihara has a diverse work experience. Reiko started their career at L'Oreal, working as a Promotion Coordinator and later as a Product Manager. Reiko then joined ShopStyle in 2009, starting as the Country Manager for ShopStyle Japan and later holding positions as Director and Senior Director. In 2012, they became the Head of APAC for ShopStyle, and in 2016, they became the VP of Business Operations at POPSUGAR, where they were responsible for various departments and teams. Reiko played a crucial role in the successful acquisition of ShopStyle by Ebates (Rakuten) in 2017. In their current role at ShopStyle, they lead the Business Operations department and manages the Creator and Influencer Campaign Operations team.
Reiko (Imai) Aihara obtained their A.B. degree in French and Biology from Dartmouth College between 1999 and 2003. Reiko further pursued their studies at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they earned an MBA degree between 2007 and 2009.
