Michal Dugáček

Michal Dugáček has a diverse work experience that spans over several years in various roles and companies. Michal is currently serving as the Interim e-commerce director & Business consultant at Shopsys since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at NAY a.s. as a Project & Process Manager from April 2021 onwards.

From 2019 to 2021, Michal held the position of CEO at NAYTROLABS, s.r.o., where they focused on developing internal information systems for NAY a.s.

Before joining NAYTROLABS, Michal held several roles at NAY a.s. starting from 2006. Michal worked as an Operating and Project Manager from January 2016 to April 2019, an Area Manager from April 2014 to December 2015, a Store Manager from January 2011 to March 2014, and a Selling Specialist & Deputy Store Manager from June 2006 to December 2010.

Michal Dugáček began their professional journey at Tatra banka in 2004, where they worked as a Selling Specialist until May 2006.

Michal Dugáček holds a Master's Degree in Political Sciences and History from Prešovská univerzita v Prešove, University of Presov in Presov. Michal also obtained a PhDr. in Political Sciences from Trencianska univerzita Alexandra Dubceka v Trencín. In addition, they pursued studies in Political Sciences and Diplomacy at Masaryk University Brno and in Political and Economic Affairs at the University of Lisbon. Before their university studies, Michal completed their secondary education at Business High School in Košice.
