Pavel Simek

Pavel Simek has a diverse work experience in the field of PHP development and IT support. Pavel started their career as a Junior IT technician at ARET Praha in 2014, where they gained experience in computer hardware, building and repairing computers, as well as user support for Microsoft Windows. In 2013, Pavel worked as an External Junior PHP developer at Dobrá síť, where they created web pages using the GetSimple CMS and utilized the Nette Framework. Pavel also managed network hardware using Packagist packages focused on SSH.

In 2015, Pavel joined TELNES as an IT technician and developer, where they created web pages and ISs using the Nette framework. Pavel also handled the installation and editing of Prestashop shops and maintained CCTVs. During this time, they also worked as an External PHP developer, building an e-commerce project on the Nette framework called barefootbazar.cz.

From 2016 to 2018, Pavel worked at Signály.cz as an External PHP developer, where they created the backend of signály.cz using PHP, Nette Framework, Latte, Symfony Console, Guzzle, Nextras ORM + DBAL, Nextras Migrations, JavaScript, and MySQL. Pavel utilized GIT for versioning.

Most recently, Pavel joined Shopsys in 2017 as a PHP developer, working on various B2B and B2C e-commerce portals such as Démos trade B2B and B2C portal, papirnictvipavlik.cz, bushman.cz, and superzoo.

Overall, Pavel Simek has gained extensive experience in PHP development, e-commerce, backend development, and IT support throughout their career.

Pavel Simek started their education in 2004 at the Higher Vocational School and High School of Gustav Habrman in Česká Třebová. Pavel completed their Matura degree in Transport and Transport Economy in 2008.

From 2008 to 2012, Pavel attended two different institutions for their humanities studies. Pavel started at UPOL Olomouc in 2008 and transferred to UK Prague in 2009, but ultimately did not complete their degree.

In 2012, Pavel enrolled in the Higher Vocational School in Liberec, where they pursued a degree in Computer Systems. Pavel successfully obtained an Associate degree (DiS.) in this field in 2015.
