Diana Paprskářová has a diverse range of work experience. Diana started their career as a Consulting Trainee at PwC in 2016. From there, they moved on to work as a Marketing Trainee at Nestlé Professional, focusing on the B2B channel. After that, they held roles at Media:list s.r.o. as a PR Trainee and later as an Account Executive.

In 2019, Diana joined Ogilvy Czech as a Junior Account Manager, where they managed campaigns and projects for clients such as Komerční banka and Mondelez. Diana later transitioned to the role of Account Manager, overseeing projects for clients including Cetin and Hello bank.

Most recently, Diana joined Shoptet, where they have held the positions of Product Marketing Manager and currently serves as the Head of Retention. In their current role, they lead a team focused on customer retention and upsell, which involves educating customers, providing product information, and identifying opportunities for upselling.

Throughout their career, Diana has demonstrated strong communication, planning, and budgeting skills, and has experience in various aspects of marketing and project management.

Diana Paprskářová completed their education with a Master's degree in Management from Prague University of Economics and Business, which they pursued from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they studied International Business Administration at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Corporate Economics and Management from Prague University of Economics and Business, which they completed from 2014 to 2017.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Diana has obtained several certifications. Diana earned a certificate in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in May 2020. In 2017, they acquired the Digital Garage certification from Google in Social Marketing Tools. Diana also holds an FCE certificate from Cambridge College, which they obtained in 2009.
