Jakub Vitásek

Jakub Vitásek has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jakub started their career in 2008 as a Senior Editor at Gamestar.cz, where they worked until 2010. Jakub then joined PPF Group as a Junior Database Content Administrator for a year. In 2011, they worked as a Junior Editor at PCWorld.cz before transitioning to a Programmer role at Algraf Media. Jakub stayed at Algraf Media for four years before briefly working as a Programmer at Orbinet in 2015. In the same year, they also started their own company, jvitasek.cz, where they worked as a programmer. Jakub continued their career as a Designer at GraphicRiver.net in 2014 and took on the role of a Technical Lead at ESMEDIA Interactive in 2016. Currently, Jakub is employed as a Senior PHP Developer at Shoptet, where they have been working since 2021.

Jakub Vitásek has an extensive education history. Jakub started by attending Gymnázium Olomouc-Hejčín from 2007 to 2013, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Bilingual Study, including final exams in English. Afterward, they enrolled at the Brno University of Technology and pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, which they completed from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from 2017 to 2018. Jakub then transferred to Tomas Bata University in Zlín, where they completed their Master of Science degree in Information Technology from 2018 to 2020. Jakub is currently pursuing a Doctor of Science - Ph.D. degree in Information Technology at Tomas Bata University, with an expected completion date in 2024.
