Petr Kostka

Petr Kostka has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Petr began their career in 1998 as a Visual Basic Developer at Pemi webdesign. From 2010 to 2014, Petr worked as a PHP Programmer at CDI.CZ, where they were responsible for programming and supporting web applications. Petr also contributed to the development of an internal PHP framework and worked on tasks related to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, OpenSSL, PGP cryptography, and SOAP/XML/SAP interfaces.

In 2014, Petr joined MAFRA a.s as a Web Applications Programmer (PHP), where they focused on programming and supporting the Reality.iDNES.cz web application. After two years, they joined Shoptet in 2016 as a Senior Programmer (PHP) and later transitioned to the role of Senior DevOps/Operations Engineer. At Shoptet, Petr's responsibilities included API development and ensuring smooth operations.

Petr's most recent position is an API Developer at Shoptet since May 2022. Petr has gained extensive experience in PHP programming, web application development, and devops/operations.

Petr Kostka started their education in 2000 at SPŠ a VOŠ Kladno, where they studied Informační Systémy. Petr successfully graduated from the institution in 2004. From 2004 to 2007, Petr continued their education at Czech Technical University in Prague, focusing on Elektrotechnika a Informatika. After completing this program, they enrolled again at Czech Technical University in Prague from 2007 to 2011, specializing in Web a Multimédia. The degree obtained during these years is unspecified.
