Natalie O'Connor has a diverse work experience. Natalie began their career as a Barista at Cafe 67 in 2016, where they worked until 2017. Natalie then moved on to work as a Merchandise Associate at Bloom Boutique for a brief period in 2017. In 2018, Natalie joined Asbhy Hospitality Group as a Server and worked there until 2019. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Wix.com as an E-Commerce Customer Care Expert, providing support to millions of users worldwide. Currently, Natalie is employed at Thrive by Shopventory as a Customer Service Representative, starting in 2023.
Natalie O'Connor completed their Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Delaware from 2015 to 2019. In 2018, they also participated in a Student Exchange Program at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where they specialized in Apparel and Textiles.
