Leonie Rehorst

Leonie Rehorst has extensive work experience in various roles in the human resources field. From 2009 to 2013, they pursued a dual study program to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree, specializing in human resources. Leonie then worked as a Controlling specialist from 2013 to 2014, followed by a role as a HR representative from 2014 to 2018 at egeplast international GmbH. In 2019, they were promoted to Deputy Head of HR, a position they held until March 2023. From April 2023 onwards, Leonie has been serving as the Head of People Operations at shopware AG.

Leonie Rehorst's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Betriebswirtschaftlehre (Duales Studium) from FH Münster, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. Leonie then pursued a certification in Personalfachkauffrau from IHK Nordwestfalen & Institut für Lehrsysteme from 2013 to 2015. Later, from 2018 to 2022, they studied Personalleitung/Personalverwaltung, allgemein and obtained an HR Leader degree from Deggendorf Institute of Technology. Additionally, from 2009 to 2011, they completed a dual study program and received an Industriekauffrau degree from IHK Nord Wetfalen.
