Samuel Crudge Hill

Samuel Crudge Hill is a Principal Cloud Engineer at Shopware AG since February 2024, focusing on strategic cloud and DevOps initiatives to enhance developer productivity and platform scalability. As a volunteer researcher for the Cloud Security Alliance since January 2022, Samuel contributes to policy and best practices in cloud infrastructure, emphasizing Infrastructure as Code and responsible public cloud adoption. Previous roles include DevSecOps Engineer at Cyber-Duck, where critical initiatives for clients in government and defense were led, and Cloud Infrastructure Engineer for the UK Ministry of Defence, delivering secure solutions in a classified setting.
