Sebastian Robers has a diverse background in project management and data analytics. Starting with a Master Thesis at Daimler AG focusing on Product Lifecycle Management and Big Data, Sebastian then moved on to Mercedes-Benz USA for IT and Project Management. Sebastian later joined KPMG as an Assistant Manager in the Lighthouse Germany team, specializing in Data & Analytics. Currently, Sebastian is excelling as the Team Lead Projects & Processes at Shopware, utilizing their expertise in methods and agility to support the company's sustainable scale-up. With a Master's degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen/ Maschinenbau, Sebastian has a strong educational foundation to complement their professional experience.
