B.J. Naedele

B.J. Naedele is the President & Chief Commercial Officer at ShopYourWay.

Naedele began their career in 1999 as a part of GE Capital’s Corporate Finance & Development team. B.J. then spent three years as the Special Assistant to the Director of Athletics & Director of Football Relations at Duke University. In 2008, Naedele joined Nike as the VP/GM of Growth Initiatives.

Naedele left Nike in 2017 to become a founding partner at NextUp Ventures LLC, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage consumer brands. In 2019, they joined Shop Your Way as the President & Chief Commercial Officer.

B.J. Naedele holds an MBA from Duke University in Data and Decision Sciences, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross in Economics. B.J. also has a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
