Carolyn Rendos, CPA, MBA, currently serves as Senior Director at Shore Capital Partners since January 2023. Prior to this role, Carolyn held various positions at RSM US LLP from October 2014 to January 2023, culminating in the role of Director in Transaction Advisory Services, and previously served as Manager and Senior Associate within the same division. Carolyn's career began at Deloitte, where positions included Audit Senior and Audit Associate from September 2011 to September 2014. Carolyn earned a Master of Business Administration from the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 2020 and 2022, following a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
