Chris Penoyer

Chris is a Manager, Data & Analytics at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Chris reports to the CFO and helps to manage all aspects of internal compensation and benefits.

Prior to joining Shore, Chris worked as a strategy consultant at Aon in the Health Solutions practice. While at Aon, Chris supported senior leadership in strategic planning and contributed to the development of Aon's data analytics services.

Chris received his B.A. in Economics from and Masters in Management from the University of Michigan.
