Matt Lawton

Matt is a Manager at Shore Capital Partners, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Matt’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.

Prior to joining Shore, Matt was a Senior Consultant at Monitor Deloitte in Chicago within the Strategy Consulting practice. While at Deloitte, Matt specialized in growth-focused enterprise strategy and business transformation engagements from ideation to execution across Consumer, Telecommunications, and Edge Connectivity verticals.

Matt received both his M.S. and B.S. in Accounting from Notre Dame. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
