Steve Malley

Steve Malley is currently a Partner at Shore Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Chicago. Steve has been with Shore Capital since April 2021, where Steve focuses on microcap investments in various industries such as Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Real Estate, and Business Services. Prior to joining Shore Capital, Steve was the Co-Founder and Managing Member of Crimson Capital, L.L.C from June 2004 to April 2021, where Steve specialized in direct investments in real estate and other alternative investments. Before that, Steve worked at JP Morgan Investment Management as a Real Estate Acquisitions Associate on the Northeast Team from June 1999 to June 2004. Steve holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University and attended DeMatha Catholic High School.
