Steve Malley

Steve Malley is currently a partner at Shore Capital Partners. Prior to this, they were a co-founder and managing member at Crimson Capital, L.L.C from 2004 to 2021. Steve was also an acquisitions associate at JP Morgan Investment Management from 1999 to 2004.

Steve Malley has over 20 years of experience in the investment and real estate industry. Steve has a deep understanding of how to create and maximize value in investments, which has led to their success in both their previous companies and their current role at Shore Capital Partners.

Steve Malley has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University and they also attended DeMatha Catholic High School.

Steve Malley reports to Justin Ishbia, Managing Partner. They are on a team with Ryan Kelley - Partner, Linda Bloom - Chief Financial Officer, and Mike Oleferchik - VP.
