Liz Polay - Wettengel

Liz Polay-Wettengel is an experienced communication and public relations professional currently serving as the Director of PR, Communications, and Engagement Services at Shore Educational Collaborative since August 2023. Previously, Liz held the position of Chief of Public Relations at Salem Public Schools from November 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included developing crisis communication strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic and managing internal and external communications. Prior experience includes Vice President of Digital Strategy and Content at InterfaithFamily and Director of Marketing and Communication at Aviv Centers For Living. With a background that spans marketing, digital strategy, and public relations across various sectors, Liz has consistently focused on building effective communication strategies that engage communities and strengthen organizational outreach. Liz holds an Associate of Arts degree in Music and Media from The Art Institutes.
