Meghan Emmons, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with experience in evaluating and treating patients with a variety of medical conditions at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, Cambridge Health Alliance, Shore Educational Collaborative, and Lahey Hospital & Medical Center. Meghan collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient care and maximize independence towards goals. Emmons completed their DPT at Northeastern University in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science from the same institution.

Shore Educational Collaborative offers educational and day services for students and adults with disabilities. The Collaborative also offers consultation, professional development, and operational services to educators and school administrators.
