Caleb Shively started their work experience in 2008 at Fanatic Promotion, where they worked as a Radio Promoter until 2010. In 2010, they joined Shore Fire Media as a Digital Strategy Coordinator, and their tenure there is ongoing.

Caleb Shively acquired their Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Point Park University between 2004 and 2008.
