Clémence CHARVERIAT has over 14 years of work experience in the outdoor and action sports industry. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as Europe Junior Sales Manager Technical Softgoods at Burton Snowboards, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the European sales goal for Technical Softgoods, managing the European agents’ sales force, and maintaining the sales forecast per product. In 2010, they became Category Manager Swim, Skate, Surf at Forum Sport S.A., where they were in charge of the swim training and alternative sports. From 2013 to 2016, they were the CEO of Outdoor Action Translation, where they provided French SEO copywriting and English-German-Spanish into French SEO translations for a variety of outdoor and action sports clients. Clémence also specialized in sustainable practices such as ecodesign, sustainable fibres, and circularity. In 2016, they began working for Headict.com as French SEO Copywriting + English and Spanish Localization, where they wrote 2000 product descriptions per year and localized the full website and communication campaigns in English and Spanish. Clémence also worked for Boardriders as French SEO Localization, for MMG | Millet Mountain Group as French SEO Copywriting, English and Spanish Localization., and for Arc'teryx Equipment as French Localization – French Editing. In 2020, they began working for The Action Sports Translator as French SEO Localization – French Editing and in 2021 they began working for SKFK as French SEO Copywriting + French and English Localization.
Clémence CHARVERIAT obtained a Master in Economic and Management Science from Humboldt Universität, Berlin in 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Master from KEDGE Business School in Management between 2002 and 2006.
