Ornella Harris

Ornella Harris is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at Shore Lodge since May 2023, Ornella has previously held similar positions at Quail West Golf and Country Club and Terra Nova All Suite Hotel, where responsibilities included overseeing kitchen operations and food preparation. Previous experience encompasses roles as Sous Chef at Terra Nova All Suite Hotel, Private Chef at GORE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED, and Line Cook at Ashebre. Additionally, Ornella has worked as a Pastry Chef at Kaluga kafe, Hospitality Attendant for the New York Mets, and Line Chef at Six Flags Lake George New York. Ornella holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Art from the University of Technology Jamaica and has further education from HEART Trust NTA.
