Will Gregson

Will Gregson is an accomplished Creative Director currently leading the Melbourne office of Shoreditch Design, a creative agency with locations in London and Melbourne since March 2020. With a diverse background in design, Will has held various roles, including freelance designer at Toptal, where responsibilities spanned UI, visual design, and UX work from November 2021 to September 2025. Previous experience includes serving as Graphic Designer at Orbus Software, where digital and print designs were created, and as Graphic Designer & Illustrator at Buro Happold, where contributions focused on upholding the company identity post-rebrand. Will co-founded Heavie Dutie Style, engaging in design and photography for music and clothing projects, and has additional experience in graphic development and web design through various contract and freelance roles. Will holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Birmingham City University.
