Jan Zimmerman

Jan Zimmerman is an experienced registered nurse currently working at Shorehaven since September 2020. Prior to this role, Jan served as the Director of Education and Skill Development and Dementia Specialist at Heritage Senior Living from November 2016 to September 2020, where responsibilities included coordinating orientation and continuing education for 16 communities and providing education on dementia. Jan also held the position of President at the Watertown Dementia Awareness Coalition from January 2014 to January 2017 and served in multiple roles, including Director of Dementia Outreach and Education and Administrator/Director of Nursing at The Lutheran Home Association; Heritage Homes from September 2010 to September 2016. Jan is a graduate of Milwaukee County School of Nursing, earning a degree as a Registered Nurse.
