Caitlin Phillips Rivera

Caitlin Phillips Rivera has a diverse range of work experience in the education industry. Caitlin began their career as a Graduate Intern at Colleges of the Fenway, where they served as a study abroad adviser and organized various events and workshops. Caitlin then moved on to Academic Studies Abroad as a Programs Manager/University Relations Representative, where they represented the company to partner institutions and assisted students and parents throughout the application process. Following that, they worked as a Student Support & Outreach Officer and later as a Student Success Manager at Navitas, where they provided academic support, coordinated events, and built relationships with students and university partners. Caitlin'sexperience continued at Shorelight, where they worked as the Assistant Director of Student Services and Operations, managing initiatives to improve student services and collaborating with various departments. Currently, at Shorelight, they hold the position of Director, Partner Operations.

Caitlin Phillips Rivera pursued their educational journey by first attending Siena College from 2003 to 2007. Caitlin completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Health Studies during this time. Following their undergraduate studies, Caitlin enrolled at Lesley University from 2008 to 2010. Caitlin accomplished a Master of Arts degree in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University, thus further expanding their knowledge and expertise in this field.
