Gene Rommel Batan

Gene Rommel Batan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gene Rommel most recently worked at Shorelight as the US Onshore Partnerships Manager, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the US Onshore Assistant Partnerships Manager at Shorelight starting from July 2019. Before joining Shorelight, Gene worked at The Gilbert School as an International/Domestic High School Counselor from August 2016 to June 2019. Gene Rommel also gained experience as the Director of The Adventurer's Camp of Greenwich from April 2015 to August 2018. Additionally, Gene worked as an Assistant Band Director at the University of New Haven from September 2012 to July 2016. Gene Rommel began their career as a School Counseling Intern at Norwalk High School in January 2016 and briefly interned at Woodlands Middle/High School from September 2015 to December 2015.

Gene Rommel Batan earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from the University of Connecticut in an unspecified year prior to 1997. Gene Rommel then pursued further education and obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Communications from the same university between 2009 and 2012. Later, from 2013 to 2016, they attended Mercy College, where they completed a Master's degree in School Counseling.
