Surender Nagpal

Surender Nagpal has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Surender began their career as a QA Engineer at Achieve Technologies Inc. in 2003 and worked there until 2005. Surender then joined BT Conferencing as a Senior QA Engineer in 2005 and was responsible for developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and automated scripts for various software applications. In 2013, they were promoted to the role of Lead QA Engineer at BT Conferencing, where they managed and led a team on various projects and also developed a test case inventory for manual and automation testing. Surender recently joined Shorelight Education in 2017 as a Principal Software QA Engineer, where they are involved in reinventing the international education experience for students and universities.

Surender Nagpal obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Chemistry from MD University Rohtak between 1980 and 1982. Additionally, they also pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Physical Chemistry at MD University, although the specific years of study for this degree are not provided.
