Zilun Cheng

Zilun Cheng has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career in 2015 as a Logistic Intern at Foreign Language Teaching & Research Press, where they were responsible for recording book information, organizing books, and communicating with logistics companies. In 2016, they served as the COO Assistant at Jilin Jishiyufei Electronics & Information Engineering Ltd, assisting the COO in business communications, scheduling, and hosting business exhibitions. In 2018, Zilun worked as a Supply Chain Coordinator (Intern) at A Chemtek Inc., gaining experience in supply chain management. In 2019, they joined Eupheus One as a Project Management Intern, supporting project planning, monitoring, and documentation. Currently, Zilun is working at Shorelight as an Enrollment Services Manager, utilizing their skills in enrollment management and specialized services. Throughout their career, Zilun has demonstrated adaptability and growth in different professional environments.

Zilun Cheng earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Management from the University of Vermont, completing their studies from 2012 to 2016. ZILUN then pursued further education at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they obtained a Master's degree in Operation Analytics & Management from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their academic achievements, Zilun Cheng also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in September 2018 from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers.
