Dan Giddens

Dan is the Controller at Shoreline and is primarily responsible for fund administration as well as operations, compliance and LP Reporting. Prior to Joining Shoreline, he was most recently a Controller of Private Debt at Audax Group, a Boston-based private equity firm with both debt and equity strategies. Before joining Audax Group, Dan held various finance and accounting positions at AEW Capital Management and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S in Business Administration from Bryant University and an M.B.A from the University of Rhode Island.
