Mikael Baros is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Shoreline Wind, focusing on delivering advanced simulation and optimization systems for wind energy assets. Previously, Mikael held positions as Director of Engineering at Tink and Storytel, where responsibilities included leading data and engineering solutions to enhance product teams through machine learning and best practices. Mikael's career encompasses roles such as Interim Head of Technology at Storytel, Engineering Manager at Minna Technologies, and Director of Technology at Breeze/Bright/Greenbyte, emphasizing a commitment to sustainability and innovation in technology. With early experience as Technical Manager at Stabenfeldt AB and Studio Manager at Redikod AB, Mikael's foundation in software engineering was established at Massive Entertainment and Nordic Game Program.
