Rosalie Johnson

Rosalie Johnson is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as Captain at Shoreline Sightseeing since May 2023. With a diverse background, Rosalie has held positions as a Charter Captain and Instructor at both Pinnacle Yachts and the Chicago Park District since May 2013, as well as at Pinnacle Yachts specifically since October 2017. Additionally, Rosalie was the President of R & R Classic Sailing from November 2020 to November 2023, specializing in private sailing charters along Chicago’s Lakeshore. Previous roles include Sailing Instructor at Jackson Park Yacht Club and the Judd Goldman Adaptive Sailing Foundation, as well as private charter services at Chicago Sailing. Rosalie's earlier career includes a position as Rigger at Crowley's Yacht Yard Lakeside, Head Baker at Everybody’s Coffee, and an Elementary School Teacher at Uptown Christian School from 1996 to 2012. Rosalie's educational background includes studies at Our Lady of Holy Cross from 1982 to 1985.
