Alexander Dragten

Alexander Dragten is an experienced investment professional currently serving as an Associate in Investments at Shorenstein Realty Services since October 2022, focusing on acquisitions and asset management across various property types. Prior to this role, Alexander gained valuable experience as an MBA Summer Intern at Grosvenor, underwriting significant luxury high-rise development projects, and as an MBA Summer Intern at Starwood Capital Group, where responsibilities included underwriting multifamily and life sciences developments. In addition, Alexander founded Orchard Street Strategic Consulting to assist early-stage companies in raising capital and worked at Goldman Sachs as a Principal Investing Analyst, specializing in fintech and enterprise technology investments. Alexander holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
