Olivia Wells

Olivia Wells is a Nursing Student at San Joaquin Valley College since April 2024, bringing extensive experience in property management and administration. With a tenure at Shorenstein Realty Services beginning in September 2016, Olivia has held roles including Property Management and Construction Coordinator II, where responsibilities encompassed drafting communications, coordinating training, managing property acquisitions and dispositions, and supporting senior management with financial reporting. Previous positions include Property Administrator at Sterling Bay and Marketing Associate at Avenir Publishing, Inc., demonstrating a strong background in project management, event planning, and lead generation within the real estate sector. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University, completed in 2014.
